- It's my first time receiving Craniosacral/ Skin Care treatment / Massage Therapy , what do I need to know? : In order to assure the best results for any treatment, we strongly suggest that you drink enough water prior to the session (will help avoiding post treatment soreness). Moreover, we encourage clients to disclose all, past and present ailments, injuries and/or conditions. Our service professionals will then customize the session to address your therapeutic needs and meet your expectations.
- Are you currently seeing clients during COVID - 19?: Yes, we are open to the public with limited availability. Therefore we are requesting that all clients book their appointment with at least 2 hours in advanced. Same day appointments available.
- Cancelation policy: No service cancellation fee, if client or someone in the client's household is experiencing flu like symptoms or has been diagnosed with covid-19. All other unexcused cancellation will be processed at the regular fee of $27.00, if appointment is not canceled 2 hours prior scheduled time
- I am not sure which modality to choose from?: No worries, even after booking a service you may ask the therapist to make adjustments in pressure or technique. We encourage to disclose any and all problems you hope to address with massage such as stress, constipation, or any aches.
