Due to Covid-19 we are kindly asking all of our clients to wear a protective face mask for all services. Skin care clients will be allowed to remove facial covering during the session, but will still require to wear a mask to check in. Due to our limited room capacity all clients must check in for their service alone, no children allowed in the treatment room unless they are seeing the therapist accompanied by the parent or legal guardian. Service dogs are welcome.
We love giving you the freedom to schedule, reschedule, cancel or modify your appointment online. Simply visit the "service page" and browse our list of services, choose your treatment, provider, date & time.
Once you're on the schedule, an automated email containing the link to complete the "New Client Intake form" will be sent to you. Then, one of our service professional will reach out to review the information and confirm your booking.
Do you feel like staying home but still wish to enjoy the benefits of Massage Therapy? No worries, we offer Mobile Massage therapy services!, One of our bodywork professionals will travel to your home or preferred location fully equipped to deliver relaxation.
All clients must have a booking reservation in order to receive service. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS. TWO hours notice is required and must be paid in full due to short notice. Service professionals reserve the right to refuse service should a situation be deemed hazardous, unsafe, unethical or contraindicated. We strongly advice our clients to disclose all past and/or present ailments, injuries and/or conditions in the intake form, so that we may pre-screen case by case and avoid any service cancellation.
Client may cancel an appointment within TWO hours prior to starting time with no penalty, Should client book with only two hours of anticipation and then decides to cancel, Client agrees to pay a $27.00 cancellation fee.
In the event client does not show nor calls to cancel or reschedule two hours prior the schedule time, client agrees to pay $27.00 Cancellation fee.
